I've been enjoying Mike's legendary "Tindalls" beers for some years, and watching the business, located just a mile from my home, grow into an award winning brewery. So, it's very special that he will be supporting my project by brewing a brand new "Goosejuice" Ale, proceeds from which will be split between my two chosen charities.

Originally founded in 1998 as Tindall Ales, today Tindall Brewery is producing modern award-winning beers with the finest ingredients.

Based in Seething, Norfolk, they supply beers direct from the brewery with local delivery available, online ordering for UK-wide delivery, and wholesale to local stores, farm shops and markets.

They also supply many local pubs, social clubs, events and beer festivals throughout Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex with their range of cask and keg beers.

Physio East has provided high quality physiotherapy care in Norfolk and Suffolk since 1993. Using the latest manual therapy and exercise prescription techniques, we consistently update our practice to incorporate the latest research findings. This ensures your recovery is as effective and sustained as possible. We run weekly online and in-person classes, regular seminars and provide bespoke one-to-one consultation services.

I am very fortunate to have benefitted from the expertise of Lisa and Eleanor from Physio-East. As a result of their movement, developmental core, pilates and breathworks programmes I am more functional, symmetrical and injury free approaching 60 years old than I was in my 20’s! Their support both 1-2-1 and in group workshops, means I am better prepared and more durable to meet the demands of the expedition.
